The public ARGEN.bio pages do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The ARGEN Fit Assessment stores privacy-conscious session activity and the assessment information you submit in a protected database so Yokogawa Fluence Analytics can operate the tool, review fit, and follow up when you request contact.

The contact form, Kinetic Stability Intelligence Brief form, and ARGEN support-agent handoff form send the information you enter to a Render-hosted ARGEN.bio lead service. That service saves the request in the same protected PostgreSQL environment used by the assessment control centre and uses Postmark to notify the ARGEN team and send you a confirmation. Authorized ARGEN personnel can review and export these requests through the password-protected control centre.

Information collected can include your name, work email, company, role, question, optional context, assessment answers, and requested follow-up. Campaign attribution fields such as UTM parameters, landing page, and referrer may also be recorded when present. Technical abuse-prevention identifiers are stored as salted hashes rather than raw network identifiers.

Lead and support-request records are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship or legal obligation. The information is not sold or used for advertising. Render hosts the application and database, and Postmark processes transactional email delivery.

Do not include confidential molecule, formulation, patient, health, or proprietary program information in these forms. To request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information, email troy.sullivan@yokogawa.com. Include the email address used for the request so the record can be located.
